Sync product and inventory data from your custom database to Magento.
Our software continually monitors your database for changes in product information and sends these updates to Magento. So if your pricing or stock levels are adjusted on your database, it won’t be long before these changes reflect on Magento.
You get to decide which data fields are synced from your database. You can also choose whether a particular field is managed by your your database, Stock2Shop or Magento.
Use Stock2Shop as a PIM to enrich product data not found in your database. You are able to make your products more presentable for online selling by adding images, long descriptions and other marketing material. This is particularly useful when sending product data to multiple online stores because you can manage your product enrichment in one place.
Once your product data has synced onto Stock2Shop and you have added product enrichment such as images and descriptions, opening data feeds to multiple Magento websites is easy.
You decide which price list on your database is synced to your Magento channel. If you have multiple websites, each one can be assigned a different price list.
You can create multiple customer groups on Magento and allocate each one to a different database price list. This enables you to assign your customers to different pricing tiers (eg Gold, Silver and Bronze).
Magento’s ability to accommodate multiple pricing tiers (see above) means you can sell retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) on one website. To offer a customer preferential pricing, simply assign them to the relevant customer group.
You can choose which warehouse (or combination of warehouses) on your database updates your stock quantities on Magento.
If an update fails to process to your Magento website, an error will appear in your Stock2Shop console and you will be sent an email notification. The error will give an indication of what caused the update failure, and once you’ve rectified the issue, you can reset the update to try again.

Orders received from Magento can be automatically dropped off at an FTP location as flat files.
Assign administrators in your business to receive notifications at various stages of the syncing process. You can also alert specific administrators of certain sync activity, eg the sales manager can receive notifications of successful orders and the IT manager can be notified of failed orders.
You can decide whether all completed Magento orders are synced to your FTP location, or only those that have a specific order state, eg “PROCESSING”.
If an order fails to process, an error will appear in your Stock2Shop console and you will be sent an email notification. The error will give an indication of what caused the failure, and once you’ve rectified the issue, you can reset the order to try again.

Fulfill your orders with one of our logistics partners or directly in your WMS (warehouse management system).
Have a totally automated solution, from placing an online order to dispatching for delivery. Once a valid Magento order has been received, Stock2Shop can send an automatic outbound notification to your 3rd-party logistics partner so they can pick, pack and deliver.
If your WMS or fulfillment partner supports delivery notifications, they will return fulfilment data to Stock2Shop (waybill / tracking number / tracking link). The Magento order will then be updated with this information and the order’s state is changed to “Complete”. Your customers can then easily track the progress of their order.
If your WMS or fulfillment partner supports stock feeds, Stock2Shop can automate the updating of stock levels directly on Magento.
