Issue:

A Pastel Partner user is not available to Stock2Shop for the purpose of processing orders. All Pastel Partner user licenses are in use.

Solution:

The Pastel Partner system user licenses are all in use. There are two options to resolve the issue.

1. A user should log out of Pastel Partner to free a user for Stock2Shop.
2. You should license another user exclusively for Stock2Shop.

Retry the order in Stock2Shop once a license becomes available.
