Syspro - Error Fetching http headers

Issue:

Orders are failing to process into Syspro as a result of IIS.

Applies to:

syspro

Solution:

The Internet Information Services (IIS) on the server where Syspro is located need to be restarted. The below steps can be followed to restart IIS.

In Windows 7:

• Select the Windows Start icon.
• In the search box, type cmd.
• Right-click on cmd.exe and select Run as administrator. A command prompt window will open.
• At the command prompt, type IISRESET.
• Press Enter.
• When Internet services successfully restarted appears, type exit.
• Press Enter.

In Windows Server 2012:

• Right-click on the Windows Start icon.
• Select Command Prompt (Admin). A command prompt window will open.
• At the command prompt, type IISRESET.
• Press Enter.
• When Internet services successfully restarted appears, type exit.
• Press Enter.

Once the above has been completed, navigate back to your Stock2Shop Console and retry the failed orders in the queue.
