Stock2Shop can push data from a variety of databases. The only prerequisite is that it can be accessed via ODBC. We therefore support Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL Server, Pervasive SQL, HANA and a number of other databases.
A custom database is client-owned. This means that it is installed on a server at your office, on your actual work computer or on a server in the cloud. In order for Stock2Shop to facilitate integration with your channels and fulfillment services (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, the B2B Trade store, Parcelninja and Takealot Marketplace), we need access to your custom database.

Depending on the nature of your custom database, Stock2Shop can sync products, product relationships (parent-child), categorisation, multiple warehouses and multiple price lists (tiers) to your Stock2Shop console. This product information can then be distributed to one or multiple supported B2B and/or B2C ecommerce sales channels.

Stock2Shop can sync customers' details, account information, customer-specific pricing and customer-specific quantity if supported by your custom database. This customer information can then be distributed to our B2B Trade Store, allowing your customers to view products and place orders.

Under certain circumstances, Stock2Shop can raise orders into a custom database. This would need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis as whether or not we can facilitate this depends of a variety of factors.
