Determine whether or not you want Stock2Shop to create and manage categories in your WooCommerce.

If products in a WooCommerce order do not already exist in Stock2Shop, they can be created in your console and linked to your website.

Determine whether or not you want Stock2Shop to create new products on WooCommerce or only update existing products.

When Stock2Shop has been set to create products on your WooCommerce store, we have the option of setting the product's status. By default the product is set to published.

Set Stock2Shop to delete the product images on WooCommerce that Stock2Shop originally created.

If this feature is enabled, you can remove a product from WooCommerce by sending a delete instruction from your ERP / accounting system.

If your products' inventory is being managed, this means that customers can no longer purchase an item when it is out of stock. If inventory is not being managed, customers can continue to purchase out-of-stock items. You can set whether or not inventory is being managed on your WooCommerce channel, or you can set this per SKU.

Determine whether or not you want to sync product images from Stock2Shop to WooCommerce.

Sync only the information you require from Stock2Shop to WooCommerce, such as price, quantity, title, description and SKU.

If you have captured orders from WooCommerce into your ERP / accounting system already, you wouldn't want Stock2Shop raising them again. Set the date from which Stock2Shop should start raising orders.

Stock2Shop can add a prefix to the order numbers of all orders placed on your WooCommerce website (eg WOO-1234). This is particularly useful if you are syncing to multiple channels and want to be able to easily see where each order was placed.

A WooCommerce order might consist of the same item appearing multiple times. In these instances, Stock2Shop will show it as a single line item with multiple units.

If the website sells items that are not in Stock2Shop, you can filter out these SKU codes from the order before processing to your ERP / accounting system. This is particularly useful in certain dropshipping scenarios.

Sync orders containing bundled products from WooCommerce.

Determine which order status should trigger a sync to your ERP / accounting system. In general you would only want paid orders (with a status of Processing) to be synced.

Set a standard name for you shipping method that is synced from WooCommerce to your ERP / accounting system.

Sync the WooCommerce order code (or another field from WooCommerce) to the reference field on the order in your ERP / accounting system. This will help you recognise which accounting document relates to which website order.

Once an order has been raised into your ERP / accounting system from WooCommerce, let Stock2Shop send off an automatic fulfillment request to your third-party logistics (3PL) service.
