Sync your Stock2Shop collections field to Shopify. You can also set up other smart collections directly on Shopify.

When Stock2Shop creates products on your Shopify store, we have the option of setting the product to be shown or hidden. You would want to hide products if you need to add product information before making the product live.

If this feature is enabled, you can remove a product from Shopify by sending a delete instruction from your ERP / accounting system.

If your products' inventory is being managed, this means that customers can no longer purchase an item when it is out of stock. If inventory is not being managed, customers can continue to purchase out-of-stock items. You can set whether or not inventory is being managed on your Shopify channel, or you can set this per SKU.

You may not want your customers to know that you have large quantities of stock in available. You can therefore set a maximum stock level, ensuring that a higher number will never be displayed to customers. Once stock levels drop below that level, the store will reflect actual stock quantities.

Stock2Shop can automatically link to your products that have been created in Shopify already. Once a link has been created, Stock2Shop will continue to update that product. Links are created via the SKU. If the product does not exist in Shopify, Stock2Shop can create it for you.

We can sync a secondary price list to Shopify's Compare At price field. If the selling price is lower, the Compare At price will show on the store front with a line through it, indicating the product is marked down.

We can sync a secondary price list to Shopify's Cost per item field.

Determine whether or not you want to sync product images from Stock2Shop to Shopify.

You may have one or more location set up in Shopify. If you have multiple warehouses in Stock2Shop, you can send specific warehouse quantities to specific locations in Shopify.

Stock2Shop can compare your order line items with the inventory synced to our system to ensure that the products that have been ordered already exist in Stock2Shop. If this is not a requirement, we can simply send the order to your ERP / accounting system without performing this check.

A Shopify order might consist of the same item appearing multiple times. In these instances, Stock2Shop will show it as a single line item with multiple units.

If the website sells items that are not in Stock2Shop, you can filter out these SKU codes from the order before processing to your ERP / accounting system. This is particularly useful in certain dropshipping scenarios.

When discounts are applied to your orders, you have a choice of either applying the discount to specific line items or to the order total.

Stock2Shop will attempt to sync all orders to your ERP / accounting system, regardless of the Shopify order status (eg paid, pending, partially paid). In general you would only want paid orders to be synced.

Once an order has been raised into your ERP / accounting system from Shopify, let Stock2Shop send off an automatic fulfillment request to your third-party logistics (3PL) service.
