Configurable products contain a number of simple products. Stock2Shop can create configurable products in Magento if this is a requirement. It is important to ensure your product information has been setup to handle configuration.

If you have actively stopped selling a product and no longer want it listed on Magento, you can send a delete instruction from your ERP / accounting system and Stock2Shop will delete it from Magento automatically.

If the website sells items that are not in Stock2Shop, you can filter out these SKU codes from the order before processing to your ERP / accounting system. This is particularly useful in certain dropshipping scenarios.

Define the Magento order status that will trigger the raising of an order in the ERP / accounting system. Generally, only once an order has been paid and has a status of Processing should it sync.

If you are using a third party logistics company (3PL) or a warehouse management system (WMS), Stock2Shop can create shipments in Magento and update them with important shipping information such as waybill, tracking number and comments.

Once an order has been raised into your ERP / accounting system from Magento, let Stock2Shop send off an automatic fulfillment request to your third-party logistics (3PL) service.
